- Vinification: As its word indicated, this wine is elaborated from a complex blend of seven well known grapes. It is a unique Cave Kouroum Style that have deemed reputable among the international connoisseurs. It undergoes a long maceration period with an extensive elaborated pump over followed by traditional fermentation.

Cabernet Sauvignon ( 50%) - Vinification: The grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes; fermentation is done with a lot of remontage and a very long maceration in addition to malolactic fermentation. It is left for 6 month in stainless steel Vats before aged in New French Oak Barrels for a period of one year.
Characteristic:
Nice garnet color with a dominated nose of Syrah and fine red fruits that reveal mature aromas which evolves during shaking to smoky nose. It encloses a discreet fragrance with much delicacy and freshness of white peach and a touch of tobacco. In the mouth, it possesses a supple, round, structured balanced nice tannin. It reveals a good potential to be tracked during aging.
