Cave Kouroum
Like a modern day cathedral in the heritage of Kefraya Village and nestled at the western slope of the Barouk Mountain, Cave Kouroum overlooks the valley with its majestic modern architecture. The result is an impressive building tight together at different levels in a play of natural light and shadow aesthetics. The upper part of the building has a large and elegant patio with a tasting room for visitors whereas the totality of the lower part is devoted to Vinification and ageing of wine. Covering an area of 7500m2 the ultra modern winery holds an annual capacity of 4 million liters. This state of the art winery is deemed to be one of the most modern Vinification facility featuring the latest technologies and gaining a reputation for growing high quality grapes and produce world-class wine.Cave Kouroum Website
Domaine Wardy
Domaine Wardy’s Vineyards are spread across the Bekka plateau from the north (Ainata, Deir el Ahmar, Bechwat), to the middle (Zahle), to the south (Kab Elias, Aana, Mansoura). Solifed (Societe Libanaise de Fermmentation et de Distillation, S.A.R.L.) was formed in 1971 is a family owned and run Business, established in the production and sale of wine and arak, Lebanon’s national alcoholic drink. Situated in Zahle and originally constructed for Arak production, Solifed’s Winery has gradually been expanded and modernized to accommodate Domaine Wardy wines.Domaine Wardy Website
